Work a 2 hour shift selling books to students and families. Two events are held each year in the Maywood Library -- once in the fall and once in the spring. Funds earned go right back to the Maywood library to purchase books for our students! :)

VOICE MENTORS/TUTORS VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
VOICE (Volunteers of Issaquah Changing Education) is an in-school mentoring – tutoring program that is powered by community volunteers who donate one hour per week to help students. VOICE volunteers work one-on-one with students in support of social skills, goal setting and as academic tutors. Maywood is in need of at least 10 volunteers who can donate time on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during or after school. PART OF OUR COMMITMENT to our membership is not to bombard them with fundraising obligations. While we pursue corporate sponsorship, the bulk of our dollars are raised through “Pass the Hat” (donations made by members). THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION! Your donations fund classroom enrichment grants, field trips, after school opportunities for our students and outreach for our students, just to name a few!
